Cancellation and Refunds

Nothing is bought on this website
This website has no checkout, subscription or online payment. No engagement is created by browsing or by using the contact form, so there is nothing to cancel from the website itself.
How engagements are cancelled
Every engagement with MONEYMAKER LLC is governed by a written agreement signed before work starts. That agreement sets out its duration, the work stages, fees, any minimum commitment, renewal, how either party can end it, the notice required and the channel to use. Consulting, team set-up, closing and ongoing management are different kinds of work, and the agreement states how each is treated if the engagement ends early.
Work already done
On cancellation, the agreement distinguishes work completed and accepted, work in progress, prepaid work not yet performed, and third-party costs the client approved. Reports, documents and access are handed over as agreed. We do not keep client data or systems as leverage: access is returned or removed when the engagement ends.
Commission adjustments
When an engagement includes commission, the agreement defines what triggers it and how it is adjusted when a customer cancels or obtains a refund, pays partially or in instalments, files a chargeback, or when attribution between closers is disputed. It also covers deals concluded after the engagement ends. No commission is charged or reclaimed outside what the signed agreement and the law allow.
Billing errors and our own cancellation
If we invoice in error, charge twice, fail to deliver what was agreed or cancel an engagement ourselves, the agreement sets out how the issue is reported, reviewed and refunded or credited.
Training line
The sales training launched with a partner will have its own purchase conditions, including cancellation and refund rules, presented before purchase. They are not sold on this website.
Your legal rights
Any consumer or other mandatory rights that apply to you are not affected by this policy. Whether such rights apply depends on who you are and where you are; delivering work online does not, by itself, remove them.
